Before You Swap

Know how Swapp works, what to expect, and how to make the most of every trade.

Swapp is a fashion exchange platform where you trade clothes, shoes and accessories with other users — no money involved. List your items, earn credits, and use them to swap for pieces you love.
You earn credits by listing items and completing successful swaps. Credits can then be used to request swaps with other users' items. The credit value is set by you when listing each piece.
Premium membership gives you free swaps without the $4.99 safety fee, priority matching, exclusive access to new features, and early access to curated drops.
Our $4.99 safety fee protects every swap. If a user fails to ship their item, you'll receive a full refund of your credits plus the safety fee. We also have a rating system to keep the community trustworthy.
Free users can list up to 10 items at a time. Premium members enjoy unlimited listings and can build a full virtual wardrobe to maximize swap opportunities.
